Automatic Programmes

Designed with convenience and ease of use in mind, the Gelato Expert features three automatic programmes for your favourite recipes:

• Gelato – light and airy ice cream
• Ice Cream – traditional ice cream, creamy sorbets, frozen yogurt
• Granita – refreshing sorbet

Once the recipe completes, the unit automatically switches to storage mode. This keeps the mixture at the right temperature and consistency for up to 2 hours until it is ready to serve.

Manual Mode

For those looking to take full control, Manual mode allows for adjusting the churning time of the paddle and switching the freezer unit on or off.

Stainless Steel Bowls

Two 2.0-litre stainless steel bowls are included, one of which is fixed and one which is removable. This allows for making and storing up to 2 batches consecutively, perfect for serving large groups without needing to clean and serve between batches.

Ease of Use

Thanks to the built-in freezer unit, there is no need to pre-freeze the ingredients, which significantly cuts down on prep time.

Additionally, the controls on the front of the machine allow for easy navigation through the Gelato Expert’s various modes. Simply press the corresponding button to change the programme or hold the button to pause the cycle.
